Admiralty survey of the Turks Islands focusing on Grand Turk, Salt Cay and Sand Cay.
The original survey was performed by Capt. Richard Owen of H.M.S. Blossom in 1830 as part of an overall survey of the West Indies. There were substantial additions in 1864 and minor additions throughout the 19th and early 20th centuries until this present issue of 1917. An inset on the lower right individualises Grand Turk.
