Coronelli's rendition of the the Mughal Empire is based on the Baffin Roe map but with the later additions and revisions by Blaeu. Coronelli further expands the knowledge on the map by the addition of several small text panels. These include a note that Lahore was the greatest mercantile city in the Empire and that Delhi became the capital of the Empire in 1625.
