Separately issued Victorian folding map of Great Britain divided into counties and focusing on the railways.
This map of Great Britain showing the extent of the Victorian railway boom was a joint publishing exercise between the firms of Edward Stanford and Benjamin Rees Davies. Both of their names are on the imprint at the bottom of the map. Davies was responsible for the compiling and engraving of the piece.
Also of interest is the development of the railway networks in Scotland and Ireland.
