A charming pictorial map of the Kingdom of Narnia from C.S. Lewis's The Chronicles of Narnia. The world of the Narnia is depicted at the start of the Golden Age, which is the point in the narrative at the end of The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe' The White Witch has been defeated by the young heroes and the Age of Winter has ended. The four children are crowned kings and queens of Narnia and start their rule together. The wardrobe can be seen in the top-left corner, Aslan's stone table is at the centre of the map, and the royal city of Cair Paravel is on the coast to the right of the map. The cast of heroes is assembled in the bottom-left corner.

This map was illustrated by William Cameron-Johnson for Grosvenor Books. Cameron-Johnson was a highly respected illustrator, graphic designer, and film set painter, so it is not unexpected for him to have produced a map of Narnia. Strangely, however, we have been unable to find any records of this map being sold in recent years or held in institutional collections. Nor do any of the biographies we have found of the artist mention him working on an illustrated edition of The Chronicles of Narnia, so this work is shrouded in some mystery.
