A geological map of South East Africa, covering the northern provinces of South Africa, Eswatini, and southern Mozambique. Thirty-two different geological strata are identified, and the locations of known gold, iron, copper, diamond, tin, coal, lead, and silver mines are marked on the map. When this map was published, most of this areas was divided between the Orange Free State and the Transvaal Republic. The northern regions were controlled by the Matabele (Ndebele) Kingdom.
