Fascinating map of East Africa, specifically Kenya and Tanzania, showing caravan routes and the journeys of two English missionaries, Revds. T. Wakefield and C. New from 1865-7. Mt. Kilimanjaro and Mt. Kenya both appear near the centre of the map. A theorized coastline of Lake Victoria can be seen on the left side of the map, while much of the interior is left completely blank.
