Reduced map of Denmark mainly based on Blaeu.
As was sometimes the case, Zunner seems to have deviated from using Sanson's folio map as a source for Denmark. Although Sanson did publish a larger map of Denmark in 1658, it does not seem to be the source map for this map. In fact, the closest match seems to have been a map published by Blaeu in 1635, but even that, although similar, differs in some geographical detail. Zunner seems to have used several maps of the country as a source for his version.
The title is in Latin and placed in a subdued cartouche on the upper right. [SCAN2426]
