The areas marked in red show the planned developments including one along the banks fo Lake Pontchartrain and an extenstion of the city park. The lines mark street car and bus lines across the city. A street index is present on the left and right border of the map and a small inset on the lower left shows the Districts of New Orleans. Although dated 1925 on the map, this is actually the 1929 edition.
