Radio Londres was a French-language station which was run by the BBC and the Free French government and broadcast across the Channel into Nazi-occupied France. It was used by Charles de Gaulle, the leader of the Free French to call for resistance against the Nazis and to send coded messages to the French Resistance fighters operating across France.
