A vintage omnibus map of London, extending from Richmond to Greenwich, and from Hendon to Crystal Palace. Just like on Tube maps from this period, the bus routes are overlaid geographically on an accurate map of London. Later editions of this map would move to a more schematic approach following the Harry Beck tube map design. Fred J.H. Elston is listed as the artist in the lower-right corner of the map.
The back of the map features an index and an exhaustive list of the stops along each of the bus routes. Daily services are numbered on the map in black, whilst weekend only routes are numbered in red. Unlike on later editions of this map, railway and Underground stations are not marked on the map, showing a lack of collaboration between these competing services.
