The source referenced has changed from John Arrowsmith and Samuel Mitchell to Augustus Petermann. The inset of the goldfields has been erased and the title now sits in this position. Most importantly, there are several explorer's routes added to the map, including Gregory, Stuart, McDonnell and Eyre. The latest date shown on a route is 1862. A railway is shown between Melbourne, Ballarat, Mt Alexander, and the Murray River, and another short railway line connects Sydney to Campbelltown.
